NOTICE OF SERVICE PLANS DURING THE CURRENT PANDEMIC. Due to planned and essential maintenance work to the mains power supply, to the industrial estate on which we’re based, we’ll be without power on Monday March 23rd between 07.30 and 12.30. Our land lines and emails will be unavailable to us during this period and so if you need to contact any of our team please use the mobile telephone numbers listed on our web site. http://www.bossplantsales.co.uk/news--jobs We apologies in advance for any inconvenience. Regarding the current pandemic our situation is as follows explains Graham Stansfield Boss Plant Sales Managing Director. "As society faces the new and growing challenges of Covid-19, tough decisions need to be taken to prioritise the safety of staff and customers. Over the coming days we expect to take pragmatic decisions to reduce risk of exposure to staff and customers but for as long as possible maintaining our opening hours. Clearly government guidelines will be followed but we have the majority of staff with mobile phones and remote access so will endeavour to support our customers wherever possible. Unfortunately, some of our manufacturer’s facilities are being affected in different countries with ‘lock-downs’ which in turn limit the available parts supply. We will however, endeavour to find solutions and ways of supporting our customers in these challenging times. We’re constantly monitoring the situation and current UK government advice and will keep you updated if there are any changes. If you have any concerns in the meantime please do not hesitate to contact us.” Comments are closed.
