The new Ausa DR601AHG reversible dumper has a 6,000 kg payload, an economic and reliable 55.4kW Stage 5 Deutz engine, and a comfortable hydrostatic transmission. Thanks to the innovative reversible design, the seat can rotate 180 degrees and all components are instantly adjusted to suit the driver's new position including the steering wheel, joystick, pedals, and safety cameras, etc. The driver can also safely and conveniently enter and exit the spacious cab on both sides of the dumper. In terms of technology, various systems have been included to make it a more productive and efficient dumper. The ‘ECO Mode function’ for example reduces fuel consumption and CO2 emissions by automatically matching engine power to demand. The ‘Hill Holder system’ is a start-assist and safety system that engages the dumper's brake when you take your foot off the accelerator at zero speed. This significantly increases safety, especially when operating on slopes. It is also be equipped with ‘Smart Stop’, a plug-in system that automatically shuts down the engine when it is not in use and the optimal time and safety requirements are met. The Deutz Stage 5 engine powers a 4 wheel drive hydrostatic transmission system which provides a maximum speed of 25 km/h and a maximum gradeability of 45% in dry conditions. The brakes are sealed within the hydrostatic drive. The hydraulic system is powered by a double gear pump with a flow rate of 50 l/min at a working pressure of 180 bar. The fuel tank has a capacity of 69 litres and the hydraulic tank 60 litres. More information will follow from Boss Plant Sales. More information from Ausa is available here.
