new vacancy for a Trainee Sales Executive

Boss Plant Sales is looking for a Trainee Sales Executive to work alongside the current Sales Manager for Oxford, Bucks and Beds.

Reporting to the Sales Director, this is a new role that will develop over time with the following requirements:

• Proactively explore New Client Opportunities (70%) for the territory in addition to supporting the existing Sales Manager (30%)
• Sales of both New and Used Equipment
• Support and gain the confidence of the existing client base with the help of the current Sales Manager
• Continued Inter-Department of Sales, Service and Parts
• Client Query Resolution

Skills Required

• Experience is preferred however, we are looking for an individual who is interested in the industry, likes meeting people and can build their portfolio of clients and business
• Good communication with the ability to listen
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to organise and plan activities
• Computer literate with the ability to use Excel, Word, Outlook and social media platforms
• Open minded with ability to adapt to the change in business requirements
• A team player, happy to help in all aspects of the business
• Clean, full UK Driving Licence
• Living within a sensible commute to Tring
• Flexibility is a key asset
